Wonderful experience overall. Janelle was very kind and thorough about her inspection and thoughts on procedures for my AK. I meant to follow up on some ideas for face washing products and moisturizers. I have very dry skin, and my current system seems to be lacking. Any advice or product tips would be great.

My exam was thorough and the staff were very friendly.

I felt the staff was friendly and helpful. Sheree is professional and good-natured. I had several issues that I wanted to address. I talked to the tech, Becca about them. None of these were explained or transferred to Sheree. I am a person who appreciates full explanations whether it’s something I need to worry about or not. I did expect a more thorough “full body” check. I will be returning, but in the future, I won’t expect the tech to be part of my care team.

Dr. Beddingfield is so friendly and personable and I always feel comfortable during my exam. She is so professional and gives you her full attention. Her surgery last year was amazing and left hardly any scar. I have recommended her to several friends and all three give her top marks! I’m so glad my Doctor recommended her to me.

Everything was exactly as I had expected. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in great patient care. Thank you. One comment thou is that when I was checking out it appeared that there was a discussion going on at the front desk about an employee. It was between what appeared to be the office manager and another front office worker about another worker. It was very inappropriate and it was not the least empathetic. Those type of conversations should be out of ear shot of not only patients but also other employees. I would think that that information would only be shared with the owners and the manager.

Very thorough and efficient. I arrived at the time of appointment and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr Beddingfield addressed all of my concerns and “froze” 5 spots on my hand and head. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes

Everything went well, I'm always happy with Sheree & ALL the staff are so nice! I never have any complaints! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to wait an hour before I ever got to see Sheree. But I know how busy everyone is there, so I wasn't upset, just took a while, that's all. Otherwise, WONDERFUL SERVICE HERE as always!!!

My clinical time was great, definitely professional and I was satisfied with my visit. My only complaint is that I was waiting for about an hour after the nurse got me situated in a room. I was a little irritated that it took so long. A twenty or thirty minute wait is acceptable but an hour was excessive.

What a breath of fresh air. Janelle was very thorough and provided many new insights into some nagging skin issues. Her suggested treatments were new to us and produced noticable results in a short period of time. We are very glad to have had Janelle treat us.

I appreciate the personal, qualified attention given to me. I am particularly impressed by Dr. Anastas as a dedicated and caring person. The treatment I received was quite successful in healing some areas of chronic open sores and generally improving my complexion significantly. However, the "blue light" treatment does come with some risk that was not fully explained, which I learned about after reading the drug information afterwards. It may be a small risk, but it can be rather seriously, apparently. I called my insurance (Humana) prior to see if they would cover it. Despite what I was told by my insurance company about covering the costs of this procedure, they refused to do that.
