If your insurance company is not listed here, please call our office.
It is your responsibility to ensure that either Donna Sheree Beddingfield or Christine Brown is listed as a provider in your network and to obtain any preauthorization required by your insurance company for treatment.
Insurance companies require us to collect a co-pay the same day of service. It is part of the insurance contract. Please have your co-pay ready at checkout.
If you have a high-deductible insurance, you may ask the receptionist about your patient balance. Our office staff can help you determine current charges.
